Previous use of Sybiz Vision a bonus but not essential

About the role:

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable - Carry out the full process of handling invoices – from printing and coding to entering data, checking for accuracy, making payments, and reconciling records.

Data entry - Support the preparation of weekly customer reports by checking, coding, and entering data into our internal accounts system.

Bank reconciliations - Perform regular bank reconciliations, including printing statements, coding transactions, entering data, and ensuring everything balances.

Office shopping & petty cash management - Oversee office procurement and petty cash activities, including sourcing and purchasing supplies, maintaining detailed records, and performing month-end reconciliation.

Other ad hoc office tasks

Location - Port Adelaide SA 5015

Full-time - Mon-Fri – 8.30am to 5.00pm

Start - Immediate Start

Salary - $65,000-$85,000 dependent on experience

3 month probation period, which at the conclusion will transition to permanent.
