Online Store Coordinator & Customer Champion
Artisti Coffee Roasters is a growing company dedicated to high-quality coffee. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to be the main engine behind our successful online store.
This role is perfect if you love managing logistics, solving problems, and ensuring customers get a top-notch experience. You don't need to be a coffee expert—we'll teach you the industry; we just need your passion for efficiency and great service!
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Running the Online Shop (Fulfillment & Logistics)
You'll manage the process of getting orders from our website to the customer's door.
Packing Orders: Daily collecting, printing, and carefully packing all online customer orders using our simple system (Shopify).
Shipping: Creating shipping labels and coordinating daily pick-ups with couriers. You'll also manage orders for local delivery and customer collections.
Improving Efficiency: Constantly look at our shipping costs and packing process to find smarter, faster ways to get products to our customers.
2. Customer Support & Relationship Building
You'll be the friendly voice of the company, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Front-Line Support: Be the first point of contact for our online customers via phone, email, and chat.
Order Tracking: Proactively follow up on shipping issues and answer all customer questions about their orders, deliveries, and returns.
Building Loyalty: Create a positive experience for every interaction, helping customers find the right coffee and turning them into loyal fans.
3. Store Management & Inventory
You'll be in charge of what products are listed in our online store and ensuring we have enough stock.
Inventory Control: Work closely with the warehouse team to track and manage stock. You'll ensure the website inventory is always accurate and flag when we need to order more of our best-selling items.
Product Updates: Manage product listings on our Shopify store, including adding new items, updating pricing, and checking product details for accuracy.
Data & Reporting: Help track key sales and inventory numbers and share reports with the management team (e.g., weekly online sales and stock levels).
What We're Looking for:
Is highly organized and has an excellent attention to detail.
Is a clear, friendly, and proactive communicator (on the phone and by email).
Is comfortable using computers, MSOffice 365 and willing to learn new software systems.
Has a strong work ethic and can handle a fast-paced environment.
Is happy to do a mix of physical work (packing/lifting/standing) and desk work.
