About Clean Power Australia:
Clean Power Australia is a Top 20 by Volume Solar Retailer based in NSW, QLD, and ACT. We are looking to expand our Customer Support function.
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. If you are enthusiastic individual, enjoy assisting customers, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service to customers inquiring about solar and battery products.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers in navigating our products and services, addressing technical queries, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
Prioritise critical works and plan them based on resource availability
Establish good relations with various clients & internal or external stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a customer service role - any industry is welcome!
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Familiarity with solar and battery systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
