Our client is a Melbourne-based distributor of premium food and personal care products with big goals and an even bigger heart. As they expand across Australia, they’re looking for a Territory Manager to drive their presence across NSW, someone who connects, educates, and influences (without the pushy sales vibe).

What you'll be doing:

This role is more than just hitting sales targets. It’s about being a trusted brand ambassador and strategic partner to your clients.

Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and decision-makers

Conduct regular in-person store visits, meetings, and check-ins

Bring energy and insight to each interaction, tailoring solutions that meet your clients' needs

Stay on top of admin tasks including reporting, CRM updates, and tracking your sales pipeline

Monitor market trends and share relevant insights with the broader team

Travel regularly throughout the region to maintain and grow your territory

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in sales, territory management, or account development, preferably in FMCG, food, or health industries

Strong communication and people skills, you know how to connect, engage, and be memorable

Naturally self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organised

A genuine passion for health, wellness, and sustainability

Confidence in working autonomously, managing your own schedule and priorities

Comfortable being on the road most days and managing a regional territory

Base salary up to $85K + Super + Commission
