Key responsibilities will include –

• Electrical Estimation
• Cost analysis and budgeting
• Vendor & subcontractor coordination
• Project Documentation & reporting
• Client and internal communication
• Risk assessment and compliance

Qualifications:

Reporting to the MD, you have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Certification in estimating (e.g., Associate Estimating Professional or Certified Professional Estimator) is a plus.

An experienced qualified industrial electrician with relevant experience may also fit this position.

Experience:

Your will have at least four years’ experience as an electrical estimator, preferably in the industrial construction/engineering industry, including the use of relevant estimation software.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent understanding of electrical systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in calculations and cost analysis.

Work Environment:

• The position involves both office office-based work and site visits to gather information to resolve technical estimation issues.
