Key components of role:

Smaller / minor works tenders you will be able to complete autonomously

Assist on major work/s tenders

Take offs

Value management

Review of specifications

Ensure BOQ's are complete and are easily interpreted

Work closely with projects managers and CM’s to create methodologies and programs

Ensuring safety and quality measures are addressed in the submission

Qualifications and experience required:

QS/CA/Estimating background with 2 years minimum onsite experience

BA construction management graduate and/or completed a cadetship at another builder

Ability to work in a fast paced environment – multiple tenders are completed within 2- 4 weeks of receipt

Buildsoft and Cubit experience
