Are you an experienced Office Co-ordinator, Office Manager or Team Leader with strong people skills and a keen interest in HR and compliance, looking to take ownership of your role and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and diverse environment?

They are now looking to bring on an experienced Office Co-ordinator to play a key role in the company's continued success.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things office-related from overseeing administration, supporting HR and compliance processes, and ensuring the team stays on track with their day-to-day tasks.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in office management, team leadership, or administration who enjoys working with people and is eager to drive efficiency and support a positive team environment.

The Role:

  • Oversee general office operations, facilities, travel arrangements, and vendor management
    * Support the full employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and offboarding
    * Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards
    * Lead and support the office team to ensure projects and daily tasks progress smoothly

The Person:

  • Previous experience as an Office Co-ordinator, Office Manager, or Team Leader within the Construction, Manufacturing, or similar industry
    * Strong background in office management and team coordination
    * Understanding of HR processes and tasks (or interest in developing HR knowledge)
    * Familiar with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015 (highly advantageous)
