About Us

Pilot Theory specialises in video production and marketing. We’ve already collaborated with major international clients like Chuck E Cheese, and worked alongside leading Australian hospitality brands including Milky Lane, Two Fat Indians, and Ribs Lane.

Our current focus is on the real estate, property development, and construction space, delivering high-end content for real estate listings, engineering firms, and developers. But our work doesn’t stop there. From producing extreme sports documentaries (like our recent spearfishing charter off the WA coast) to managing social media campaigns and automation strategies, Pilot Theory thrives on creative diversity.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and bring new energy to our sales efforts. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving new business across multiple sectors — from real estate and construction to fitness, renewables, and hospitality.

This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone who’s hungry, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and the freedom to shape your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new clients across target industries
• Pitch Pilot Theory’s creative and marketing services with confidence
• Develop tailored proposals and close deals independently
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with our production and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s not just great at selling — but passionate about creative work and the value it brings to businesses. You’ll be confident communicating with decision-makers, strategic in your approach, and comfortable managing your own pipeline.

You’ll ideally have:
• Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or agency environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes
• Confidence in pitching creative ideas and value-led solutions
• Familiarity with sales automation tools like Clay, GoHighLevel, or similar (a bonus, not a must)
