WHO ARE WE

Keyvision is a powerful, innovative software platform that transforms how residents and property managers interact, operate, and thrive within their communities. Whether it’s booking amenities, reporting maintenance issues, receiving community updates, or providing meaningful analytics, Keyvision streamlines every aspect of property management. It empowers property managers to boost operational efficiency and productivity, while fostering a stronger sense of community. More than just an app, Keyvision underpins the meaning of modern, connected living.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a unique individual to join our growing Keyvision team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role supporting customers who use our platform to manage some of Australia’s most sophisticated residential, commercial, and government properties.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team where your contribution truly matters — helping clients get started, stay supported, and make the most of our technology. You’ll combine great communication skills with curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in technology and people.

Specifically, the work will include …

Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system — resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Onboarding Guidance: Lead clients through the onboarding process, including setup, configuration, and introduction to Keyvision’s core features.

Training Delivery: Conduct tailored training sessions for property managers, concierges, building operators, and tenant engagement teams using the platform.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Development teams to troubleshoot issues and share customer feedback.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare project reports, update client records, and track onboarding milestones in HubSpot, and Microsoft 365.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience, refine internal processes, and help scale our service as we grow.

The role can either operate from the Sydney office at the Rocks (hybrid) or remotely from Melbourne (WFH).

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Opportunity to make a Difference: Bring your experience and talents to bear by making a difference to how the business operates. We need a committed individual that wants to be part of a business that has major growth expectations.

Great Team Culture: We have a close knit and diverse team of creative and passionate people. We are probably more relaxed than a traditional corporate office, but we pride ourselves on our professionalism and customer focus. We believe in teamwork and mutual respect, and we take time for information sharing, continuous learning and celebrating in successes.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to following:

Proven Experience: You have experience in Customer Success or another client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment. You know how to manage a growing client portfolio and build long-term relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaborator: You’re comfortable working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams — influencing outcomes and driving success without direct authority.

Creative & Resourceful: You can design customer-facing materials such as onboarding guides, playbooks, or slide decks to help customers succeed. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is highly regarded.

Organised & Analytical: You’re skilled at prioritising tasks and using insights to proactively solve challenges before they escalate.

Tech-Savvy & Curious: You’re quick to learn new software, confident working with data, and proficient with CRM platforms (like HubSpot) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word). You’re passionate about technology, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

Customer Driven: You’re deeply motivated by helping customers achieve their goals and turning their feedback into meaningful product and service improvements

HOW TO APPLY

We are prepared to offer a competitive salary to the right applicant, commensurate with their experience.

Interested? Please send through your resume along with a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.

Please note that only successful short-listed applicants will be contacted.

ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERMANENT FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT IN AUSTRALIA.
