Looking for a role where your support makes a real difference? Join us as a WHS and Wellbeing Project Officer in Adelaide, where you'll work closely with the Safety and Wellbeing team to deliver programs and initiatives that support staff health, safety and positive workplace culture. From coordinating the Employee Assistance Program to assisting with wellbeing projects and communications, you'll play an important role in helping the department create safe and supportive workplaces. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects in a collaborative team.
In this role, you will
Support WHS and wellbeing projects that improve staff safety and culture
Coordinate programs such as EAP, Fitness Passport and Peer Support
Assist with project research, planning, documentation and reporting
Manage wellbeing inbox enquiries and update intranet content
To be successful
You are a proactive professional who enjoys supporting projects and helping teams deliver positive outcomes. You bring strong skills in organisation, communication and research, and you are confident working with a range of stakeholders to keep projects on track.
