About the role

Bendex Stainless Steel is seeking a part-time Accounts/Admin Officer to join our team in our Reservoir, VIC 3073 office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing key administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our finance operations.

This part-time position requires 4 days per week commitment.

What you'll be doing

Reconciling and processing accounts payable and receivable

Preparing and issuing invoices and statements

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Assisting with payroll and other accounting tasks as required

Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a similar accounts/administrative role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector

Minimum of 3+ years of accounts/administrative experience is required

Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills

Proficiency in using XERO and MS Office applications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understand or have had exposure to SWIMS, inductions and OHS requirements.

Australian work rights are required for this position
