• Payroll Specialist // Part-Time
• Perth CBD - 16 hours per week (school hours welcome, except the Monday prior to pay run)
• 6 - 12 months Part-Time
• $50.00 - $60.00 ph.

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis to manage a fortnightly payroll. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, attention to detail, and enjoys working within a friendly, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees and contractors on a fortnightly basis.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.
  
  
• Review and reconcile timesheets, ensuring accuracy prior to pay run.
  
  
• Maintain accurate payroll records and respond promptly to employee payroll queries.
  
  
• Process superannuation, tax, and other deductions accurately and on time.
  
  
• Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll integration with NetSuite.

• Proven experience managing payroll for a medium-sized organisation.
  
  
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
  
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• Reliable and organised, able to meet tight deadlines.
