You’ll bring:

Demonstrated extensive knowledge, understanding and application of the SCHADS award (absolute key criteria, similar experience gained working within other applicable industry-based awards may be considered).

Experience managing payroll under the SCHADS Award, including allowances, loadings, penalties and overtime.

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, the Fair Work Act and award compliance.

Proficiency with CRM-driven payroll systems such as Flowlogic, FoundU, Employment Hero, or KeyPay.

High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of payroll processing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in award reconciliation and data validation.

The ability to communicate payroll and award details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
