Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of both weekly and fortnightly payrolls, using Employment Hero. You’ll enjoy working in a close-knit team that values accuracy, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll for approx. 300 staff
• Managing new starters, terminations, and employee changes
• Ensuring compliance with awards, superannuation, and tax obligations
• Processing leave requests, deductions, and payroll adjustments
• Providing timely and professional responses to payroll queries

The Successful Candidate:

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll (medium-sized workforce)
• Strong working knowledge of Employment Hero (highly regarded)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
