PureFlow is a fast-growing water filtration company based in Melbourne. We’re passionate about bringing cleaner, healthier water to homes across Victoria. With demand booming, we’re expanding our team and looking for confident, motivated people to join us in our office full-time.

The Role

This is a straightforward role designed for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to earn strong commissions on top of a base wage.

You’ll receive incoming leads through our CRM system.

Using a simple 5-minute script (full training provided), you’ll call these leads and book appointments for our statewide consultants.

That’s it — no customer support, no admin, no chasing invoices. Just setting quality appointments and being rewarded for it.

What We’re Looking For

Confident and clear communicator over the phone.

Previous experience in a similar role (call centre, phone sales, appointment setting) is preferred.

Comfortable working in the office Monday–Friday.

Motivated by results and earning potential.

Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to follow proven processes.
