What You’ll Bring
Experience in high-volume outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales.
A competitive, target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle objections and keep going.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.
Strong organisational skills and time management.
Previous experience in real estate, finance, or mortgage broking is a bonus.
A genuine hunger to learn, grow, and climb the ladder within a fast-paced, growing company.
Your Day-to-Day
Make It Happen: Reach out to warm leads, build trust, and book qualified appointments for our strategy team.
Drive Conversions: Ask the right questions, qualify prospects, and get them excited to take the next step.
Own Your Pipeline: Manage and update leads in the CRM, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks.
Smash KPIs: Consistently hit (or exceed!) weekly call and appointment targets.
Be Part of the Team: Contribute ideas, share feedback, and celebrate wins together.
