About the Role

We are seeking an experienced phone based sales consultant who can close deals. You will be speaking with customers who have already enquired about our services. You must be confident in managing a sales pipeline, guiding customers through their decision making, and closing consistently.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads who have already expressed interest

Handle inbound phone calls and online enquiries

Present solutions and explain government incentives and rebates

Manage the entire sales process from enquiry through to close

Achieve weekly KPIs and sales targets

Keep all customer interactions and tasks updated in our CRM

About You

This role is for someone who is already proven in the solar industry.

You will bring:

Proven experience closing deals over the phone

A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Confident communication skills with the ability to handle objections

High levels of organisation and strong follow up discipline

Self motivation and resilience in a target driven environment
