Accounts All-Rounder

Varied all-round accounts role where no two days the same

Our client is a well-established contract manufacturer known for their high-quality products, strong team culture and supportive environment.

They’re seeking an Accounts All-Rounder who’s as comfortable crunching numbers as they are helping out with day-to-day admin. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork and brings a positive attitude to work, this could be your next great move!

In this role, you’ll get to:

Manage weekly and monthly payroll

Handle accounts payable & receivable, matching invoices to purchase orders and processing payments

Work with the warehouse team to dispatch documents such as packing lists and customer invoices

Preparing P&L, payroll tax reports, and assisting with end-of-month processing

Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with Employment Awards

Managing Work Cover and supporting related administrative requirements

Generate invoicing for customer orders

Provide sales support including entering purchase orders and maintaining pricing

Take charge of general office admin and phone management

Use your Xero know-how to keep everything running smoothly

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in a similar all-round account’s role

Solid understanding of Xero (or similar)

Strong attention to detail and great communication skills

A proactive, upbeat attitude, someone who loves pitching in and getting things done
