About the role

SportsHealth Physio & Sports Injury Clinic is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients at our clinic located in South Yarra, Victoria.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking system

Answering and responding to incoming phone calls in a courteous manner

Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

Must be available for flexible scheduling to meet clinic operational needs

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within a healthcare or similar service-oriented environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm, friendly and professional service to patients

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively

Competent in using computer systems and office equipment

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive patient experience

Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
