The Role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Casual Receptionist (Hospitality Award Level 2) to join our team at Kangaroo Flat Lifestyle Estate. This is a casual position at 3 days per week.

As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, you will play an important role in ensuring our community is well-supported and customer service is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

· Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries promptly

· Manage check-ins/check-outs for short-stay guests where applicable

· Assist with bookings for community facilities and events

· Maintain reception area, resident records, and basic administration

· Process payments and handle petty cash with accuracy

· Provide general support to the Community Manager and wider team

About You

· Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or hospitality role (preferred)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident using Microsoft Office and basic booking systems

· Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

· A friendly personality with a genuine interest in supporting residents and visitors
