The role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Stibo Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at City People Solutions. In this full-time role based in Sydney, NSW, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support and solutions for our clients' Stibo data management systems.

Key responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for Stibo data management software and systems

Investigate, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by clients

Collaborate with the development team to identify and address system bugs or enhancements

Deliver end-user training and knowledge-sharing to improve client self-sufficiency

Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions

Proactively monitor Stibo systems and identify potential areas for improvement

Work closely with the client success team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Strong working knowledge of Stibo data management software and technologies

Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the Stibo ecosystem

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues

Superb communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline
