We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Estimator to oversee exciting commercial and residential projects, particularly in the government sector, from tender to delivery. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and tender submissions

Lead and supervise multiple projects from start to finish

Manage costs, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations

About You

2+ years’ experience in construction estimating and project management

Successfully managed projects up to $10M+, ideally in government sector

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred)

Skilled in estimating software (Simpro experience is a plus)

Knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and standards

Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
