About the Role

As the Salesforce Delivery Lead, you'll take ownership of driving the build phase of a new Salesforce platform, as the program moves out of discovery and into delivery. Working closely with a strategic integration partner and internal business and technology stakeholders, you'll orchestrate the successful delivery of this greenfield initiative - ensuring the platform is built to scale, integrates seamlessly with existing systems, and delivers meaningful business outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving transformation environments and has deep experience standing up Salesforce solutions in complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce build phase, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget.

Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the integration partner, driving alignment, clarity, and delivery excellence.

Oversee agile delivery teams and partner squads to deliver features, integrations, and platform foundations.

Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple streams.

Uphold governance standards, security, and architectural integrity while enabling velocity.

Champion best practice delivery approaches and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Key Selection Criteria

Proven track record leading Salesforce delivery in complex, regulated environments (Financial Services advantageous but not prerequisit).

Demonstrated experience standing up Salesforce platforms or transformation context.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align business, technology, and vendor teams.

Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, delivery models, and integration approaches.

Experience working in hybrid agile delivery environments with external implementation partners.

Ability to lead delivery across multiple streams while maintaining governance and quality.
