Our client is a market leader in their industry. They are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Infrastructure Team Lead to support and optimise their IT infrastructure across their environments.

In this key role, you'll work closely with Managed Service Providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure systems. You'll also provide technical leadership, third-level support, and contribute to the strategic design of future technology solutions.

What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure support and performance
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
• Provide technical guidance on infrastructure design and architecture
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of infrastructure issues
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning
• Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure and systems

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years' experience in ICT infrastructure roles, including as an Infrastructure Architect
• Strong technical skills in Oracle, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL, Linux, Windows, Azure, and Networking
• Experience working with third-party vendors and MSPs
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to tools such as ELK/Kibana, Python, JavaScript, and JBoss is a plus
• Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience
