We’re looking for an Accounts Coordinator who loves numbers, thrives on detail, and is energised by results. You’ll be the heartbeat behind our financial systems - ensuring accounts are accurate, payments flow smoothly, and claims are lodged on time.
As part of this full-time role, you’ll also spend around 15 hours each week on our Client Care desk, helping create a welcoming, five-star experience for our clients. It’s the perfect mix of precision behind the scenes and connection up front.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage accounts receivable — issuing invoices, chasing payments, and keeping cash flow strong.
Coordinate accounts payable — preparing supplier invoices for approval and ensuring deadlines are met.
Reconcile accounts in Xero with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage portal claiming (PRODA, RTWSA, and others).
Support Directors with end-of-month financial reporting.
Provide approximately 15 hours per week on the Client Care desk, contributing to exceptional client service and teamwork.
