The Role:
This fast-paced role supports a powerhouse office of industry leaders, driving the region’s biggest-selling team, requiring strong administration, time management, and organizational skills. As the go-to person, you'll ensure seamless operations with efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Provide sales and administrative support across new listings, exchanges, settlements, marketing, compliance, and back-office tasks.
  • Manage sales campaigns, including marketing materials, auction preparations, digital and print advertising, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee scheduling for auctions, open homes, inspections, and team appointments while maintaining database and CRM updates in Agent Box.
  • Assist on-site with photoshoots, inspections, measure-ups, and coordinate settlement gifts, marketing drops, and campaign communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of real estate experience (Sales Admin or similar).
  • Tech-savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office & Agent Box.
  • Exceptional communication & attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking & problem-solving abilities.
  • COR, car & driver’s license required.
