High-Paying Speech Pathologist (Hybrid Community/Clinic Role)
Join a growing allied health team in Melbourne’s South-East and elevate your Speech Pathology career. Sigma Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist (full-time or part-time) to join our multidisciplinary team serving Melbourne’s South-East (Berwick and surrounding areas). This hybrid role offers a mix of community visits and clinic sessions, with flexible scheduling and a competitive salary starting from $100k (up to $150k+ for experienced clinicians) (Inclusive of super) (Pro Rata FTE). You’ll enjoy a diverse caseload addressing a range of communication, language, and swallowing needs. Key Skills & Requirements
Qualifications – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership (or eligibility).
Compliance – Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
Driver’s License – Valid Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle (for community visits).
Experience – Experience with NDIS, disability, or aged-care clients is beneficial but not essential (new graduates are welcome to apply!).
