About the role

Fresh Linen Express and Launceston Homes Away From Home are seeking a dedicated Laundry and Air BNB Assistant to join our team in Launceston, TAS. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our Linen Hire Laundry operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience through supporting efficient changeovers with high detail required.

What you'll be doing

Processing laundry, including washing, drying, folding and packing customer orders.

Conducting thorough cleaning and preparation of Air BNB properties between guest stays to maintain our 5 star standards.

Restocking and maintaining supplies in each property to meet guest expectations.

Liaising with the Air BNB in house team.

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

What we're looking for

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.

An enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and adapt their skills at varied roles.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Familiarity with cleaning methods.

Although full training is provided we seek a candidate who is keen to learn new skills and follow taught work procedures.

Must be reliable and a person who genuinely enjoys to work.
