About this Role:

Based in our Hobart dealership's, we are seeking an experienced, qualified Technician, with prior experience in diagnostics as well as hands on experience in major mechanical repairs. Our state-of-the-art workshop is a large and dynamic environment where we you will focus on used vehicle repairs, prior to their sale onsite.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Manager and working in a highly trained technical team, you will be responsible for:

performing vehicle diagnostics & fault finding using the latest equipment

carrying out necessary works to a high standard

reconditioning & repairs of complex and technologically advanced vehicle systems.

Skills & Experience:

Qualification as a Technician with a formal Automotive Apprenticeship

Roadworthy license.

Experience in a range of systems including modern diesel & petrol engines

Excellent diagnostic, communication and problem-solving skills

A positive attitude and a proactive nature

The ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment

A current manual driver's licence is desired.
