About the role

As a Vehicle Hoist Technician at Plus One Hoist Solutions, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing vehicle hoists for our diverse client base, which consists of the top dealerships in Victoria. In this full-time position, you will work closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of safety and functionality for our industry-leading hoist services.

What you'll be doing

Conducting scheduled and preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicle hoists

Diagnosing and repairing faults and breakdowns in hoist equipment

Providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients and responding promptly to callouts

Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair work

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

Assisting with the installation of hoists as required

What we're looking for

Experience with hydraulics or mechanical work, where skills are transferable

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
