Property Maintenance & Handyman.

Eagle View Escape is a 4.5 star, 25 suite resort on 110 acres overlooking Lake Lyell and Cox’s River. The grounds are a mix of formal and informal gardens and natural bushland.

In this casual role you will be responsible for providing a wide range of handyman services and garden maintenance.

Job Type: Casual position with varying hours between 10am to 5pm across 7 days

What the job involves;

· Perform property repairs including basic carpentry skills, plasterboard and hard wall repairs, painting, silicone application, fixing doors and associated hardware and all other various basic property repairs.

· Perform garden development and maintenance including using a ride on lawnmower, brush cutting, chainsaw work, stacking firewood, clearing gutters, development of formal and informal garden areas, managing natural bushland, paving and managing carparks.

· Performing handyman services including assembling furniture, hanging shelves and towel rails, changing light globes, clearing blocked drains and other odd jobs

· Keeping accurate records of all work completed and materials used

· Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, timely and to a high standard

· Adhering to all relevant health and safety standards

· Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

What I am looking for;

· Previous experience in a property maintenance or handyman role

· Strong practical skills and the ability to work with a variety of tools, including hand tools and power equipment

· Good time management and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines

· Great customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner

· Flexibility to work a casual schedule as and when required

· A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

· Current MR licence, not essential.

· Police clearance
