Boambee Bay Resort is located along the NSW coast and we pride ourselves on providing unforgettable stays for our members. To keep our resort in top-notch condition, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable casual Groundskeeper / Maintenance Person to be part of our dedicated team.

What you’ll do:

Maintain the resort's landscaping, lawns and gardens.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the resort (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep).

Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and address them proactively.

Maintain the resort’s pools and equipment to a high standard.

Collaborate with the maintenance manager and other teams to prioritize tasks and projects.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Work in the annual maintenance program.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.

A working knowledge of basic horticulture, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward repairs and upkeep

Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual labor.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Flexible availability, including weekends if required.

A friendly and professional manner to interact with staff and guests.
