Much of this portfolio consists of investor-owned apartments, handed over directly from the developer post-sale, with many located within the same buildings. This business is Property Management focused not sales focused.

THE ROLE
This role offers a rare leadership opportunity. You will oversee a team of six staff, taking charge of training, 1:1s, KPI reviews, performance support, and team sessions making it the perfect next step for someone ready to progress into management.

You’ll also be responsible for a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 inner-city properties, with further growth expected. These are premium, newly developed apartments all under eight years old and built to the highest standards. Reflecting the quality of the product, the agency provides a premium service experience to landlords and expects their Property Managers to deliver the same.

2 X Roles Available

We are recruiting a similar role for an Australian Property Developer, overseeing their new Build-to-Rent development, the developer will retain the ownership of the apartments, which means you will act as the owner/asset manager.

THE PERSON

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• Top-tier communication skills and enjoys working in a professional and corporate environment.
• Class 2 License or above
• Driver's license and access to a reliable car.
• A passion for real estate and property.
