About the Role

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 195 properties (North Shore based)
• Lead and mentor a small team of juniors & property managers
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and maintenance coordination
• Conduct inspections & ensure compliance with legislation
• Provide clear, proactive communication with landlords and tenants
• Resolve issues before escalation, with full support from admin, accounts, and junior staff

About You

• A current Real Estate License, reliable car + valid driver’s license
• Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager (Head of Department experience highly regarded)
• Impeccable attention to detail & organization
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, client-first mindset with a strong work ethic
