About the Group
This group are a well known new build commercial builder that continue to grow and work with leading property development and institutional groups. They have a diverse project portfolio which consists of apartments, age care, new build commercial office and school projects up to $50 mil.
They have recently won a $10 mil boutique apartment project and are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project.

About the Role
Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible for the following

• Management of construction program.
• Management of client and PCG meetings.
• Prepare monthly financial cost reports to the Directors.
• Design Management and consultant management.
• Management of project team consisting of site staff and contract administrator and project coordinator.

About You
You will ideally have delivered a new build commercial/apartment project as a Project Manager. You must have strong written and communication skills and have strong leadership skills to be able to manage a project delivery team.
