Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to take full ownership of delivery on-site? This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role with the autonomy to run your own projects from procurement to labour management while overseeing complex, high-value electrical projects within the data centre sector.

This role is ideally suited towards someone with a strong electrical background coming up through a smaller contractor and is now looking to get stuck in by managing more complex and higher value projects as part of developing and progressing their career further. Data centre experience is a bonus but not essential for this role.

This role will see you often being onsite initially, leading day-to-day operations and ensuring everything is delivered to spec, on time, and with full commercial control. If you're a practical, delivery-focused PM looking to grow in a fast-moving project environment, this role is for you.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of project delivery on active electrical construction sites
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Oversee labour onsite, coordinating daily tasks, progress, and productivity
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout the project
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep delivery on track
• Drive outcomes with a strong on-site presence and practical leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project manager in electrical contracting
• Strong understanding of electrical construction delivery, including procurement and labour management
• Previous data centre experience (desirable)
