We are a specialist civil contractor with expertise in piling, basement construction and deep foundation solutions. With a strong pipeline of work and a period of growth across Melbourne, we are seeking an experienced, delivery-focused Project Manager to join the team in South Melbourne

In this Role, reporting directly to senior management, you will lead teams of project engineers and site supervisors to ensure the safe, on-time and on-budget delivery of large scale piling and civil construction projects. You'll take full accountability for risk, cost, safety, quality, and client relationships across civil projects typically valued between $3M-$20M, including:

· Bored piles

· CFA piling

· Earthworks packages

· Excavation

· Retention systems inc shotcrete

· Anchoring

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

· 10+ years' experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Management role completing piling and basement packages

· Proven ability to manage project risk, cost, and delivery on projects valued $10m+

· Prior experience with a piling contractor delivering bored pier, CFA, and large scale piling projects

· Strong skills in procurement, cost tracking, budget analysis and a track record of leading teams to deliver projects safely and effectively

· A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
