Opened in September 2021, our venue overlooks the beautiful Bay of Isles and has quickly become a favourite for both locals and visitors. We are now seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to work alongside our experienced Head Chef in a brand-new kitchen, delivering memorable dining experiences.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver excellent, consistent meals.

Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence to ensure smooth service.

Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Assist in creating and developing new menu options that reflect seasonal changes and customer demand.

Maintain our reputation for quality by using fresh, locally sourced produce.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Relevant culinary qualifications.

Proven leadership skills suited to a busy commercial kitchen.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all team members.

Passion for food and creativity that complements Esperance’s coastal lifestyle.
