About our venues.
The Bridge Garden Bar and Brighton Hotel Mandurah are Mandurah's go to venues offering all day dining 7 days a week. We have built a solid food & beverage trade with a classic pub style food and Street eats menu.
With our peak season just around the corner, we are seeking a qualified Sous Chef and experienced Chefs to join our team to work across our venues.
Both venues offer different service styles.
The Bridge Garden Bar. This Historical venue has a number of spaces available for functions, all-day dining, socialising and live acoustic music, The food and beverage menu is extensive, with both sharing & large plates as well as pizzas available for all day dining, 7 days a week, with both indoor and outdoor seating as well as Mandurah's best beer garden.
Brighton Hotel. The Brighton Hotel is known for offering a traditional casual pub environment for locals & tourists alike. The food and beverage menu is extensive with 7 days a week. The Brighton has a number of function areas including the very popular Velour lounge as well as being one of Mandurah's leading live music venues with live bands, Jazz and comedy nights.
We are searching for qualified individuals to join our kitchen team, who have a passion for their chosen career.

About the Positions:
We are looking for passionate and motivated Chef's who enjoy a challenge and working in a busy environment.
The successful applicants will:
· Have a good sense of humour
· A flair and eye for detail.
· The ability to follow instructions and prepare meals according to our menu and standards.
· Good initiative and Listening skills
· The ability to work a section including that section's prep
· A strong understanding of OH&S practices
· The ability to work as a part of a team
· Be passionate about hospitality
· Willing to train and work with apprentice chefs.
. Have food safety handler Certifcate.
Sous Chef:
Lead and act in the absence of the Head Chef.
Assist the Head Chef with menu changes, specials and ideas.
Order kitchen produce & assist with stocktake when needed.
Train and guide other team members including apprentice chefs.
Must help maintain our current standards.
Be able to liaison with the Venue Manager and senior staff.
About the position
Ideally would prefer full time, but Part-time or Casual is available depending on your experience.
We are offering hourly pay rate so you will be paid for the hours you actually work, as well as friendly working conditions.
25% across all our venues.
