Mandoon Estate, a leading winery and restaurant in Caversham WA, is seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to join our passionate culinary team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests, showcasing your expertise in crafting delicious morning fare. What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a wide variety of breakfast dishes to the highest quality standards
Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and refine the breakfast menu, incorporating seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients
Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen
Supervising and training junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth breakfast service
Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests
Continuously seeking ways to improve kitchen operations and streamline processes
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant or hospitality establishment
Strong technical skills and expertise in preparing a wide range of breakfast dishes, including hot and cold items
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a busy breakfast service
Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating innovative breakfast offerings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

About Mandoon Estate
Mandoon Estate was established by the Erceg family in 2008, after having purchased the historical ‘Roe Family property’ in Caversham, Swan Valley.
This property had been in the hands of the Roe family since settlement in the 1840’s by their late forefather, the Swan River Colonies First Surveyor General, John Septimus Roe. It is the desire of Mandoon Estate to preserve the cultural and historical heritage of this property as well as demonstrate the full potential of the Swan Valley as a significant Wine producing region.
The Mandoon Estate winery was established in 2010 in the Swan Valley with wines being produced under the guidance of Ryan Sudano (Senior Winemaker).
