System Support Officer – IT & Project Support

📍 Location: South Nowra

Coast and Country Community Services Ltd is a non-for-profit organization that has been providing vital services to the Shoalhaven community for over 30 years. We provide services to people who are transport disadvantaged, including people who are frail aged, younger people with disabilities. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled System Support Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about streamlining systems and empowering teams through effective IT and project support.

The primary focus of this role is to consolidate, finalize, and operationalize all ongoing systems, ensuring they are efficient, integrated, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

System Optimization & Management

Conduct a full SharePoint clean-up, review, and rebuild

Resolve any ongoing systems design issues

Build and maintain Outlook contact lists with dynamic updating capabilities

System Integration & Automation

Establish SSO connections across all active platforms

Develop and implement API, Power Automate, and our internal integrations

Platform Development & Rollout

Build out and manage systems including Bright HR, Bright Safe database

Lead training and manage effective rollout across teams and the business

Project Management

Support general project management duties across IT and operational initiatives

About You

Strong experience in IT systems support and project coordination

Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, 3CX, Bright HR, and Zapier

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to train and support non-technical users

Experience with SSO and API integrations is highly desirable
