This role blends technical know-how with operational support, assisting in everything from compliance documents to on-the-ground problem solving.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with creation and review of SLDs, VRCs, PTCs, and site maps.

Conduct compliance reviews, including SIF documentation.

Provide first-line support for technical issues as they arise.

Assist salespeople with system designs and technical queries.

Support installers on site with troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve product or installation issues.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Technical knowledge of solar and battery systems.

Familiarity with major inverter and battery platforms (Sungrow, FoxESS, SolaX, etc.).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good organizational skills to support compliance and document management.

Clear communication skills for working with salespeople, installers, and suppliers.
