About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented ICT Customer Support Officer to join our technical support team. The role will involve providing first-line technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting system and network issues, and ensuring clients receive timely and efficient IT support across our managed service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of computers, printers, and peripherals.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT engineers and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain and update client support records and service tickets.

Collaborate with internal technical and creative teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT and digital projects.

Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service and IT operational processes.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 years’ experience in IT helpdesk, system support, or customer service role.

Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Familiarity with common networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, etc.).

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline (Diploma or higher).
