About the Position
Reporting to the General Manager, People Experience, the Capability & Design Partner plays a key role in building a future-ready workforce through impactful learning and development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering inclusive, interactive, evidence-based learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
Developing tiered leadership offerings, capability frameworks, and structured learning pathways.
Facilitating multimodal workshops and creating practical, strengths-based resources that support staff engagement and growth
Collaborating with the GM, to support organisational development and talent management initiatives.
About the Person
You are a proactive and collaborative experienced learning professional with a passion for designing inclusive, evidence-based development experiences that build capability and support workforce growth.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in L&D, OD, HR or related field, plus Certificate IV in TAE (Essential).
Demonstrated experience in organisational learning and development, with a focus on building professional staff capability, fostering growth, and supporting workforce readiness.
Experience designing and delivering multimodal learning across all levels, including leadership.
Expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and universal design principles.
Strong facilitation skills and ability to create engaging, inclusive learning environments.
Proficiency in digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Suite) and emerging technologies.
Experience with designing capability frameworks, leadership offerings, and Organisational Development initiatives that focus on elevating the staff experience.
Ability to manage the full learning cycle, using data to evaluate and improve outcomes.
Collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong stakeholder skills, adaptability to respond in a busy environment, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Highly regarded attributes include:
Applied knowledge of positive psychology and strength-based learning principles in practice
Understanding of using a 70:20:10 learning model.
Experience applying experiential, social, and formal learning strategies.
Salary details
The salary range for this full-time position is $96,222 to $110,164 per annum, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience, plus 12% superannuation.
