About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist to help design and manufacture custom composite components. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role in a new and exciting division of the business.
You’ll work closely with the Product Development and Manufacturing teams to engineer innovative solutions, operate state-of-the-art CNC machinery, and help shape the future of Australian-made products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer composite products using advanced CAD/CAM software.
  • Program and operate digital flatbed cutters and other CNC machinery to produce precision composite components.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to refine designs and streamline production.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality control.
  • Provide technical input and mentorship to other team members.
  • Research and trial new materials, tools, and technologies to enhance production capabilities.

About You

  • Proven experience in CAD design and CNC programming (preferably in composite or furniture manufacturing).
  • Skilled in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a variety of CNC equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment.
  • Passionate about innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
