Are you passionate about people and purpose? We’re looking for a vibrant Volunteer Talent Partner to help us grow and support our thriving volunteer community across Queensland and Victoria.

This role is based in our Kenmore office, supporting volunteers across aged care, youth and family services, and community programs. You’ll manage the volunteer experience from start to finish—ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with the latest compliance standards.

About the role:

• Manage the full volunteer journey – onboarding, offboarding, annual training, and ongoing support
• Ensure compliance – make sure volunteers meet all requirements including police checks, training, and alignment with the Aged Care Standards and Child Safe policies
• Run engaging campaigns – attract new volunteers through creative, values-driven initiatives
• Centralise systems and processes – manage volunteer records and reporting using our volunteer management system, Better Impact
• Support local teams – collaborate with sites to meet volunteer needs and ensure a consistent experience

About You

You’re a compassionate and organised person with a passion for aged care and community service. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident managing volunteers and stakeholder relationships.

• Experience in volunteer coordination, HR, recruitment, or community engagement
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, people-first mindset
• Understanding of aged care, child safety, or community services (or a willingness to learn)
