About the role
This is a fast-paced role reporting to the People & Culture Manager. You will engage with key stakeholders across your portfolio to build strong relationship across our WA metro and WA regional locations. Delivering contemporary and strategic HR support across the full employee life cycle, actively contributing to culturally safe and inclusive workforce solutions. You will support the delivery of the divisional plan by collaborating on strategic projects across the full HR remit.
About you
• At least 3 years in a Senior Generalist or Business Partnering role within a fast paced, complex organisation.
• Ability to create strong, consultative relationships with leaders to understand their strategic and operational goals, delivering values driven, tailored HR advice and support.
• Experienced in partnering with leaders on complex people matters including workforce planning, customised people initiatives, and change management.
• An experienced coach who provides practical advice on an array of matters including performance management, leadership development, employee relations and engagement.
• A strong grounding in employment law, industrial relations and award/agreement interpretation, and you apply these with confidence and precision.
• You are organised and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear, persuasive and professional, producing reports, submissions and advice that is well structured and evidence based.
• Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, as does working both independently and as part of a wider team, whether in Perth Metro or Regional settings.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Human Resource Information Systems (Employment Hero).
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector and a community services background is advantageous.
• You are able to support our regional sites with periodic visits and in person support as required.
