The exciting opportunity
Step into a pivotal Human Resources Business Partner role where you’ll directly impact people, policy, and culture.

  • Broad, hands-on generalist remit across the employee lifecycle
  • Build and embed solid HR foundations and frameworks
  • Leadership open to practical improvements and fresh ideas
  • Real scope to progress into an HR Manager role as the function matures
  • Work closely with leadership, reporting directly to the CEO
  • Exposure to projects such as policy review, training, workforce planning, compliance, and culture-building
  • Be part of a collaborative team that values inclusion and continuous improvement

About you
You bring a solid HR operations background and are confident advising and influencing leaders. You’re comfortable implementing new processes, building relationships, and addressing performance or compliance matters.

  • 4–6 years’ HR generalist or business partnering experience
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work Legislation and Awards (ideally SCHADS)
  • Experience in community, aged care, or not-for-profit sectors (advantageous but not essential)
  • Desirable: Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin, CRM experience, background in health or community sectors
