Our organisation is a leading hospitality and community hub in Far North Queensland, delivering exceptional member experiences through dining, gaming, entertainment, sport, and community initiatives. With multiple venues and a strong football and community presence, the Club is committed to innovation, excellence, and connection. Brothers Leagues Club Cairns is the home of Fratelli’s Café & Restaurant, Bistro 26, Shamrock Bar, Q Sports Bar, entertainment & function spaces and a modern Gaming Lounge. The Role
Our Duty Managers focus on providing experience and professional leadership to a team of enthusiastic, dedicated employees at the Club. On a rotating roster, the Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Club achieves exceptional service standards and membership satisfaction, in particular:
Managing the day to day running of the Club.
Supervision, onboarding and training of new team members.
Liaison and communication with various departments and managers.
Providing exceptional level of customer service with a passion for customer engagement.
Maintaining a multi-skilled and working knowledge of the Club.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in the role and part of our team you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role/environment.
Current police clearance, RSA, RSG, Approved Managers Licence and RMLV Certificate.
Superior customer service along with excellent service resolution skills.
Strong leadership and management attributes with the ability to lead a successful team.
Ability to take initiative, find solutions and implement them with confidence, with a hands on approach.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including night, weekends and public holidays.
