Property Manager Secure long-term employment Full time - 38 hours per week Permanent part time - 30 hours per week

You’ll be managing an existing portfolio of commercial properties with tenants who have often negotiated lease arrangements for say 2, 3, 5, 10 years. Is it different, 100% YES.

About You:

• Current Certificate in Real Estate Property Management
• Experience in commercial/residential property management (preferred)
• Trust accounting experience
• Strong communication and customer service
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Ability to build relationships with all parties
• Proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage existing property portfolio with a high degree of professionalism
• Create, foster & sustain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Key point of contact & communication with all parties eg. clients, tenants, contractors, etc
• Timely resolution of commercial property related issues
• Process all associated paperwork & invoices, promptly and accurately.
• Comprehensive reporting relating to maintenance-upkeep or building & tenant concerns
• Administer lease renewals & exercise options in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Negotiate rental increases & lease terms in compliance with industry standards & regulations.
• Oversee financial management functions, including budgeting and monitoring of arrears
